  We bought some items from them and they promised the world (delivery within two weeks) and after one month still no items, we were chasing them.
  
  On the morning of the delivery (around 8 weeks later) they turned up in the afternoon without any apology for no show that morning as promised (we had called them) and were fobbed off with they were receiving a delivery so deal with it. Thats customer service.
  
  The item to be delivered was damaged and they again promised the world with repair or partial refund and then as soon as they left the damaged item denied that they ever did.
  
  They do not respond to complaints, deny receiving letters (even if sent recorded delivery and has owners signature).
  
  Absolute shambles.
  
  After searching on the internet have found several other customers who have had similar experiences.
  
  Avoid at all costs. Completely untrustworthy.
  
  PS. The other reviews here seem to be from the owner which reflects on the kind of people you are dealing with (totally dishonest)!
